GOAL Hours: Community Service

("Great Opportunities for Assistance and Leadership")

The GOAL Program (Great Opportunities for Assistance and Leadership) helps foster responsibility to and pride in both school and community. Each student in grades 6-8 is required to perform 20 hours of service and each student in grades 9-12 is required to perform 30 hours of service each GOAL year (June 1-May 31). At least half of these hours must be done at Mount St. Michael; the other half may be done at school-approved organizations in the community.
